KeepPlay is a free, personal project. By creating an account or using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. Use accurate information and keep one account per person.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse KeepPlay. In particular, don't attack, overload, bulk-scrape, reverse-engineer, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Your content

The games, tiers, rankings and reviews you add stay yours. You grant KeepPlay permission to store and display them so the service can work for you.

Game data and trademarks

Game titles, cover art and metadata come from third-party databases (IGDB, RAWG) and belong to their respective owners. KeepPlay claims no ownership of them.

Service provided as is

KeepPlay is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a personal project that can change, break or shut down at any time, without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime or that your data will be preserved — keep your own copy of anything important to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KeepPlay and its creator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change over time. Continuing to use KeepPlay after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
